Dedicated to improving physical literacy, movement skills, and wellness for young children, especially in early learning and underserved communities.
To advance child health and school readiness by funding and overseeing evidence-based physical literacy and movement programs for early learners.
The Foundation supports and evaluates structured movement programs that help children build coordination, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.
Support access to high-quality movement programs in preschools and early learning settings, especially in underserved communities.
Track outcomes related to motor development, engagement, and classroom readiness to measure real results.
Use data and real-world pilots to identify programs that can be sustainably expanded to reach more children.
The Foundation does not directly provide instruction. Programs are delivered by qualified providers selected and overseen by the Foundation, including Ready Set Fit Academy, the operating company co-founded by two of our directors.
To keep that relationship accountable, the Foundation follows a formal conflict-of-interest policy: President Nathaniel Wagner and Vice President Stephen Jaffe recuse themselves from any board decision involving transactions with the Academy, and our three independent directors provide objective oversight. The board meets quarterly, and every program operates with parental consent, background-checked instructors, and standard child-safety protocols.
